#Skin By Madi Membership – Terms & Conditions By signing up to a Skin By Madi Membership or treatment course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Membership Overview • A Skin By Madi Membership is £140 per month • This includes one 1.5 hour bespoke facial treatment per month • Memberships are a minimum commitment of 6 months Treatment Use • Membership treatments are facial treatments only and cannot be exchanged for body treatments • Each facial is fully bespoke and may include, depending on skin needs: Advanced Esse facial Deluxe Dermatherm RF facial Advanced HydraFacial Galvanic treatment A combination of modalities within the treatment time Treatment choices are always guided by your therapist to ensure suitability and best results. Upgrades & Add-Ons The following upgrades are available at an additional cost: • Dermapen 4 Microneedling: +£40 • Uber Peel: +£70 • Exosomes: +£200 ⚠️ Important: Exosomes cannot be combined with any heat-based treatments (including radio frequency or high frequency) as heat deactivates the exosomes. Course Commitment & Cancellations • All memberships and courses are offered at a significantly discounted rate • For this reason, memberships cannot be cancelled early • If you choose to stop attending, the remaining balance of the course will still be payable in full This ensures fairness and protects the discounted structure of the membership. Payment & Subscription • Membership payments are taken monthly via an online subscription service • You will be sent a secure link to sign up and manage your subscription online • Payments must remain up to date for treatments to continue General • Treatments are non-transferable • Membership benefits cannot be shared • Skin By Madi reserves the right to amend treatment availability if clinically required for skin health and safety
