Skin by Madi – Terms & Conditions Appointments All treatments are by appointment only. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting other clients. Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. 48 hours’ notice:50% of the treatment cost will be charged (deposit retained) Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged No-show: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged This policy is in place to respect our time and other clients waiting for appointments.
