Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting other clients. ### Deposit Policy A **50% deposit** is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are **non-refundable** and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. ### Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. * **48 hours’ notice:** 50% of the treatment cost will be charged (deposit retained) * **Less than 24 hours’ notice:** 100% of the treatment cost will be charged * **No-show:** 100% of the treatment cost will be charged This policy is in place to respect our time and other clients waiting for appointments.
