Cancellation Policy
### 📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy At **Skin by Madi**, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our booking and cancellation policy before scheduling your appointment. **Appointments:** All services must be booked in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. **Cancellations & Rescheduling:** We require a minimum of **48 hours' notice** for any cancellations or rescheduling. * **Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.** * **No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.** This policy helps us honor our time and commitment to each client and allows us to accommodate those on our waitlist. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. Full charges will still apply for shortened or missed time due to late arrival.
