Skin by Madi – Terms & Conditions Appointments All treatments are by appointment only. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid impacting other clients. Deposit Policy A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
