We want you to love your skincare experience with us. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

📦 Returns Eligibility:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is faulty.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

💳 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking confirmation.

📦 Packaging & Handling:

All Esse Skincare products are carefully packed in eco-conscious, protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

🚛 Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

We currently ship within the UK only.

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): £4.95

• Free Shipping: On all orders over £60

📬 Local Collection:

Free in-clinic collection is available from Skin by Madi. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.

⚠️ Delays & Delivery Issues:

While we aim to ship promptly, occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or high demand. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us  so we can assist you.
